1. Raw material selection and preparation

 The production of PE films begins with the selection of high-quality raw materials, mainly including polyethylene (PE) resins, anti-aging agents, antioxidants, UV absorbers, etc. The quality of these raw materials directly affects the performance of the final product.  Coating is the key step to give PE film special function. Depending on the purpose of the PE film and customer needs, the manufacturer will apply a special adhesive or other functional coating on the surface of the film.  4. Printing process

 Printing is an important link to enhance the added value of PE film. Through equipment such as gravure presses, manufacturers can print colorful patterns and text on PE films. During the printing process, the printing plate is soaked in the ink tank, and after the ink is removed from the non-engraving part by the scraper, the ink is transferred to the film under the action of the embossed rubber roller. The quality of printing directly affects the appearance and brand image of the product. Therefore, manufacturers will use advanced printing technology and strict quality control measures to ensure the best printing results.

 

 5. Testing and quality control

 In the entire process of PE film production, quality testing is always carried out. Every link from raw materials into the factory to finished products are equipped with professional quality inspectors for quality inspection. They use advanced testing equipment and means to carry out comprehensive testing of various performance indicators of products to ensure that products meet national standards and customer requirements. At the same time, the manufacturer will also establish a sound quality management system and traceability mechanism to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality.

 

6. cutting and packaging

The qualified PE film will be sent to the slitting machine for slitting. According to customer requirements and market specifications, large rolls of film are cut into finished products of different widths and lengths. The last step is the packaging process where the finished PE film is professionally packaged and labeled for storage and transportation.
