Exploration of the Mysteries in the Production Process of Wrapping Film

1、 Raw material preparation

2、 Melt extrusion

The uniformly mixed resin raw materials are fed into the hopper of the extruder and melted into a viscous melt under high temperature and pressure. The extruder uses precise screw design to evenly extrude the melt and form a thin film of specific width and thickness through a mold. Accurate control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and screw speed is crucial in this process, as they directly affect the physical properties and appearance quality of the film.

3、 Stretching and Cooling

The film just extruded from the mold is in a high temperature state and needs to be immediately stretched to enhance its tensile properties and self adhesiveness. The stretching machine applies tensile force to the film through differential rotation of multiple sets of rollers, while introducing cooling air or water to rapidly cool and shape the film. The stretching ratio and cooling rate are key factors affecting the final performance of the winding film, and need to be precisely adjusted according to product requirements.

4、 Cutting and packaging

The stretched and cooled film is fed into the cutting area and cut into rolls or sheets of different lengths and widths according to customer requirements. During the cutting process, advanced laser or mechanical cutting techniques are used to ensure a smooth and burr free cut. Finally, the finished wrapping film undergoes strict visual inspection and performance testing before being carefully packaged and ready to be shipped to customers around the world.

From raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory, every link is equipped with strict quality inspection points to ensure that the products meet international standards and customer requirements.
